challenge

The legacy website was visually outdated and structurally messy: the home page was cluttered, content spread across many jump pages, and visitors often felt lost.

The legacy website was visually outdated and structurally messy: the home page was cluttered, content spread across many jump pages, and visitors often felt lost.

Solution

I redesigned the experience from the information architecture up, mapping the needs of both visitors and medical staff, then creating a clear, responsive UI that surfaces key tasks—A&E hours, online booking, specialties, fees, blog content and wayfinding—from the home and main navigation.

result

The new structure made it easier for patients to self‑serve online and reduced the effort required for staff to locate frequently used information.
